Brilliant pale yellow with green highlights and a very fine, lingering mousse. Aromas of white fruit and melon. Dry and unctuous on the palate, with a long, lingering finish of aromatic white fruit. A quality wine!

Excellent as an aperitif, appetizers, and fish tartare. Delicious with dishes such as vitello tonnato, appetizers, salads with fish or chicken, or oysters.
