In the glass, the riesling shows notes of citrus, apricot, apple and quince, supported by mineral accents and floral hints. Classic on the palate, with bright fruit, mineral, with a nice play of acidity and a delicately spicy, delicate glaze. All in all, an elegant riesling rich in finesse.

This wine is delicious with various starters, (fish) salads, Asian cuisine and as an aperitif.
